If you want to be a part of Easy Grab’s drivers’ family then there are few things that you must know. Easy Grab’s drivers believe that to be an affiliate of the company you must embrace the following facts. At EasyGrab we respect our driver power and strive to maintain a professional atmosphere that will help them to thrive at work. The following terms and conditions have therefore been adopted with a view of providing a good experience for both the drivers and the clients. By signing up as a driver with EasyGrab, you agree to abide by these terms.

Support Provided by EasyGrab

  • Visa Sponsorship: Visa fees is not paid by the company but it will be paid only if it is truly necessary given some unbearable circumstances only.
  • Vehicles: EasyGrab shall have provision of vehicles to be used in delivery operations with all the driver’s necessary resources to accomplish their tasks.
  • License: The candidates that are from the countries mentioned above, Easy Grab has a provision to cover the expenses that is required for acquiring the license. However, the drivers must pay it back to the company in installments.
  • Accommodation: House, flat or room will be provided for those that require a place and food will be covered for minimum 6 and maximum 10 persons.

Deposit and Refund Policy

An initial amount is required to be paid before beginning the work. The deposit will not be returned in case of violation of the terms of the concluded agreement.

As for the conduct of the Drivers, they should be professional courteousness and respect the clients, colleagues and EasyGrab employees.

Earnings and Payments

There will also be paid according to the agreed remunerative structure which in most cases consist of Base rates and bonus.

Eligibility and Registration

Eligibility
  • EasyGrab invites applicants who are a citizen of India, Pakistan, Thailand, Philippines, Nepal, and gulf countries. For a fact, existing residents of the United Arab Emirates are also free to apply themselves
  • Those located outside UAE will have to note that EasyGrab will handle employee’s visa documentation as per UAE labor laws and requirements of the country the employee is coming from
  • Hiring will adhere to the employment laws of any given country of the candidate who seeks employment.
Valid Driver’s License
  • The drivers should be legal age for operating a vehicle and must have a clear certification of driving license
  • People with Gulf License can get their UAE license after passing a trial
  • Those that already have a UAE license, then they can begin their work immediately without any hindrances
  • From the above countries, those candidates require a license to practice their profession.
Verification Process
  • All drivers are required to be screened through background check and his documents like identity proof and record of driving.
Smartphone Requirement
  • Job assignments and communication is accessible only when drivers own smartphones with the Internet connection.

Professional Conduct

Professionalism

Substance Policy

Consumption of alcohol, or any other prohibited substance, or illegal substance that could in anyway cause the individual to be impaired during work hours is prohibited.

Compliance

Any individual who intends to use a vehicle serving the EasyGrab platform has to follow traffic laws and regulations, safety measures as well as policies and guidelines from the company.

Service Quality

Timely Deliveries

In the job assignment details and where they operate as drivers, they must guarantee quick pickup and delivery services.

Responsibility

They are supposed to ensure they take particular note of the condition and stock-take number of goods they are supposed to pick up and transport safely.

Termination and Suspension

Company Rights

EasyGrab reserves the right to cancel an individual’s registration and or suspend their driver’s license in case of violation of the Terms and Conditions or Conduct, or for flare-up and or for ceaseless complaints.

Voluntary Deactivation

The accounts created by the drivers can be deactivated by the drivers by giving prior notice to EasyGrab.
