All delivery professionals and drivers working under Easy Grab are expected to follow safety, legal, and ethical standards. Any misconduct by third-party riders should be reported to Easy Grab immediately.
Payment terms and service fees will be clearly communicated during the onboarding or order process. All payments must be made through approved methods. Late payments may result in service suspension.
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once a delivery is en route, cancellations may not be possible. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our refund policy. Contact us for more information.
All content, branding, software, and documentation on our platform are the intellectual property of Easy Grab or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission.
Easy Grab is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control.
